The property is located within the Rich Mountain Wildlife Management Area (WMA) and yet only 1.5 miles from 515 with an EZ drive to the front door. We love our place and hope you like it as well. High Speed Internet is provided. YouTube TV is available for your viewing pleasure. **********Spa Time************* ** Please 🙏 absolutely no glass of any kind on the spa deck. Broken glass would be devastating. ** Please shower before entering the spa. This removes the oils from your body which will keep the water clear and foam free. I would suggest rinsing off when you get out as well just in case you’re sensitive to bromine or chlorine. ** Please do not remove the floating bromine/chlorine dispensers out of the water. Bromine burns off quickly so if they are out of the water for more than an hour or so the water will cloud up. ** The temperature you set the hot tubs to will stay that temperature for a while. So if you don’t want it too hot I wouldn’t set them over 100°. It will not get colder than 95° so there’s no sense in setting the temperature below 90 degrees because it will not get there. ** If not actively in use, close the cover. If the cover is off for a lengthy amount of time the bromine will burn off and the water will cloud up. Also when the cover is off, dirt, pollen, and bugs get into the spa as well. **Never leave children unattended in the spa. Not even for a few minutes. Remember swim at your own risk.
