The garage is low and tight for maneuverability. Larger, high vehicles may not fit - Big truck, van, etc. This parking space is behind the space for the unit next door. (We own both) You will need to be accommodating and work collaboratively with neighbor directly or through us to move your car if needed. Not all guests have a car (about 30% of the time), so it may not be an issue. Sometimes, we can get another spot in the garage that doesn't block others, just reach out or ask at the lobby. All parking is tandem. There is also free parking on the streets anywhere with a white curb. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. Enjoy seamless, contactless entry to the building and your unit with a secure keypad. You will also have shared access to the spectacular building rooftop, located just a few steps or an elevator ride from your front door.
