I offer not "an" apartment but my personal apartment perfectly equipped for 2 and up to 6 people. This apartment is my primary residence, and I am very excited to be able to share it with you while I am away. Whether you are with family or friends, 2 or 4 (or 6 on request), you will feel at home! All the elements are combined to help you recharge, in an exotic setting open to nature. The space The apartment is composed of: - Bedroom 1: 1 large bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm) with pillows (65 x 65 cm) and duvet (220 x 240 cm), - Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) with pillows (65 x 65 cm) and duvet (200 x 200 cm) - a spacious fully equipped kitchen, bright dining room with TV area and sofa bed for 2 (140 x 190 cm) with pillows (65 x 65 cm) and duvet (220 x 240 cm) - a bathroom with large shower cabin - A separate toilet - An entrance/hallway with plenty of storage You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay: fondue set, raclette, sparkling water machine (Névache water is excellent!), fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi access... Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal, as well as a large laundry and storage room (bicycle, skis, etc.) in the basement. Access to the residence is secured by digicode. I reserve some secondary storage in which I store my personal belongings when I'm away. Other things to note - Childcare equipment is available on request and in advance (folding baby bed, highchair). -Board games available - IGN map and hiking topo on loan in the apartment (provided that the previous tenant remembers to return them!) - In the basement, a large room with secure access will allow you to wash your laundry and store your bikes, skis and other bulky equipment. - Linens are provided (tea towels, bath mats) except in special cases (especially in spring) - Mattress protectors and pillowcase protectors provided - Bed linen can be provided on request (in advance) and for an additional fee (€15/bed) - Bathroom linen can be provided on request (in advance) and for an additional fee (€10/person) - Pets allowed under certain conditions: contact me in advance. - Cleaning: The rental price does not include the cleaning fee; each guest is asked to leave the apartment tidy and clean. Optional, to be discussed: I can take care of the cleaning.
