Parking for 2 vehicles- please let us know if you have a large vehicle (RV, Boat..etc) Non-smoking property -no smoking- cleaning cost for evidence of smoking = $300. This is a brand new home. The water is special treated due to high iron. Water may be burnt orange color at times, if dark-please report to host. We recommend drinking bottled water. Must be 25 and older to rent. Please notify the host if you have an oversized vehicle (RV, boat, etc.) for parking arrangements. This brand-new home utilizes a unique water treatment system due to naturally occurring iron.
