Approval is subject to the availability of the unit and not guaranteed. -Check in after 10 pm is not allowed. -Keys should only be surrendered to our caretaker only. -PARKING area is near the clubhouse, which is 300 meters away from tower A. there are shuttles going around from 9am - 12nn and 1pm - 7pm to give you a ride, just approach any Wind Residence attendants to assist you. -Always make sure to lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are nor responsible for any lost possessions. -Cooking is ALLOWED. -Please bring a government issued ID as it will be required by the receptionist upon check in. -Please conserve energy and water. Please turn off lights, appliances and faucets when not in use. -Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss. -Please prepare Php 1000 refundable security deposit upon check -in. -We charge 1000 for lost keys.
