Conveniently situated between Bristol & Bath with the perfect mix of rural and city life. Visit Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, Bristol Cathedral & the SSE Great Britain in Bristol as well as the beautiful Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, & Thermae Spa.   There's direct footpath access leading to riverside walks towards the cities with pubs/restaurants along the way(Muddy in winter). Also plenty of cycle tracks. Off road parking for 4 cars. More available if required. The space The property is located in Longwell Green which is convenient to both Bristol and Bath and more locally Hanham, Bitton and Keynsham. Within walking distance there are shops, a pub, cafes takeaways and parks. Willsbridge Mill and Bitton Valley Railway are in close proximity to the house, and Golden Valley, Kelston Round Top a little further out. There is a train station in Keynsham which can take you into both Bristol and Bath and beyond, and many local buses taking you to Bristol or Bath. Park and rides are on offer in Brislington, Lansdown and Bath. There are endless attractions to visit in both Bristol and Bath and further afield the Cotswolds offer a choice of stunning walks and towns. The property offers two good sized reception rooms, a large kitchen diner with separate utility room, and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs the property offers 4 bedrooms, two have en-suites with showers, and a main bathroom which has bath and shower. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds with a double in the 4th. Downstairs there is a sofa bed in the front lounge. The bathrooms provide shampoo, body wash and toilet rolls(limited supply). The kitchen provides saucepans, frying pans, baking dishes, and utensils along with washing up liquid, cleaning products and dishwasher tablets (limited supply). The utility room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board along with cleaning equipment. There are also 2 vacuums in the downstairs cupboard. These facilities allow a 'home from home' experience for longer stays Outside there is a large patio area with a table and chairs (cushions stored at the side of the house) plus a bench. A large enclosed garden with some outdoor games equipment available - small slide, see saw, swing ball and hoola hoops for children. Access from the garden into a large meadow(please make use of this space), which is shared with my property and onto the local footpath. Access from the rear of the property allows direct access onto the footpath, which allows long walks from 2 directions either along the river paths or through fields. These walks offer local riverside pubs and access to Hanham, Keynsham or Bitton depending on the chosen route. There are cycle paths nearby too. Guest access The entire house and garden is available to guests, along with access from our adjoining property to a large private field and direct access to footpath walks - riverside and fields Other things to note Whilst we encourage guests getting together, in respect to our neighbours, this is not a party house. Therefore we do not accept bookings for Stag/Hen or birthday parties. The house offers the perfect layout for family and friends getting together either for planned visits into Bristol/Bath and beyond, or just to chill and take advantage of the lovely walks on offer from the property and local cycle paths - Please note that during winter months and wet periods these walks will be muddy, so bring your boots.
