It features a drip coffee maker, full stove/oven, and fridge, with plenty of cabinet space and a sleek, uncluttered layout—perfect for easy meals, morning coffee, and relaxed stays. ➤ DINING AREA A bright, welcoming dining area filled with natural light, creating a warm and comfortable setting for meals or morning coffee. The four-seater dining table offers an inviting, relaxed space for shared meals, conversation, or planning your Tellico Plains adventures. ➤ BEDROOM A cozy, restful bedroom with soft natural light, a comfortable bed, built-in shelving, a TV, and a ceiling fan—perfect for unwinding after a full day of exploring. There are twin bunk beds tucked neatly outside the bedroom, in the hallway, right in front of the bathroom—perfect for kids, extra guests, or a comfortable night’s rest. ➤ BATHROOM A clean, functional bathroom with a bright vanity area and plenty of space to refresh. It features a bathtub and shower combo, offering comfort and convenience. ➤ PATIO A charming front patio that provides a peaceful place to unwind, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy quiet moments outdoors. It’s perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or taking a break between your Tellico Plains adventures. ➤ PARKING Enjoy the convenience of two (2) dedicated parking spaces, providing easy access and hassle-free arrival throughout your stay. ➤ COMMON AREAS A shared outdoor area featuring a covered pavilion, motor-friendly covered parking, a fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic tables—all designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a welcoming space to relax or gather with fellow guests. Settle in, slow down, and enjoy a stay where ease and comfort come naturally. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Tiny Home #8 and community areas during their stay. 2 dedicated parking spaces. Covered motorcycle parking is also available. Other things to note ➤ There are twin bunk beds tucked neatly outside the bedroom, in the hallway, right in front of the bathroom. ➤ Please note that the units are situated in an open field alongside other properties. ➤ Motorcycle towels are available and provided upon request. ➤ Parking: Covered motorcycle parking available. ➤ Towels, starter toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Please note that personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) are not provided. Please bring your own! ➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: •Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per stay. •Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied. •No more than TWO (2) animals •We offer a large pet exercise and relief area, plus sanitized towels and a pet washing station for muddy adventurers. •Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. •Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
