The space * Studio of 25 m2 located on the 2 nd floor (no elevator) by the pond in the Cap Coudalère area. * The residence has many facilities to spend a lovely family vacation. * Heated pool, tennis court (paid), soccer field, basketball court, slide. * Sleeps 3 with a sofa bed and two armchairs (ideal for two children). * Linens are not provided. * A parking space next to the residence. * Microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove, coffee maker. * Small dogs are allowed for an extra €20. Other things to note ⚠️ 3 pool wristbands will be given to you, in case of loss you will have to pay €30 per missing wristband.
