Bring the whole family or all your friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated above Summersville lake, this house is the perfect stay with it's easy access to the lake. The space Spacious home to accommodate larger groups. Big yard space surrounded by woods. Very peaceful and quiet, yet only a 5 minute drive to town or the lake. The lake can be seen through the woods from the house in winter months when the leaves are off the trees. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note There are inflatable 2 person kayaks (2) in the shed available for your use, along with a few life vests. There is a badminton net for the yard available in the shed as well as croquet on the back porch. The trampoline has been removed for safety. Please put these items away following your use. Thank you!
