The Potting Shed

Set in the heart of the country park but only 3miles from the creative and inspiring town of Hastings, The Potting Shed has nestled here since 1856 it offers a calm and secluded place to soak in the Sussex countryside. Your own space offers you a cosy bed and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. A selection of walks from wooded glens to the sea and great pubs and restaurants too and all from the door. The space A light filled large bedroom with a vintage double bed ,made up with crisp freshly laundered linen. A television, radio and well stocked book shelf should occupy you . Or venture through the garden gate to a fire bowl with a view of the sea, a BBQ and peaceful ambience are yours to enjoy. The little kitchen has all you need to prepare your own meals and enjoy the freshly laid eggs from our resident hens. The surrounding countryside offers a plethora of walks and the Potting shed is the perfect place to return to . Guest access The entire Annexe The Potting Shed is yours for your stay as is the little courtyard and garden at the front of the house. Other things to note The Potting shed is rural and so often the Wi-Fi is sketchy but it has television with Netflix and the usual channels. It is located down a rough farm track and so is not suitable for low slung vehicles which can be parked off road at the top of the drive otherwise parking is next to the property.
