The junior bedroom is also available for just $1,800 per month for 1-6 months and $1,775 for 7-12 months. All utilities and gated reserved on-site parking are included in monthly rate. A 2nd bathroom is located downstairs next to the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need and more (air fryer/toaster oven, full oven, gas stove, Ninja blender, etc). Brand new top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer machines are located inside the home. Free on-site securely gated parking is also included in monthly rent. The lush backyard oasis with beautiful plants that line both sides of the property and the gazebo make it a perfect place to relax after a long day after work and if you love to garden this is perfect! Lease terms: Utilities, on-site reserved gated parking, and whole house furnishings are included in rent. I prefer stays of at least 3 months. The longer the lease, the better the monthly discount!
