Our home provides the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and breathtaking natural beauty with private beach access and a lush tropical garden with fruiting plants. Located in a quiet family-owned neighborhood 5 minutes from Hamilton, 2 minutes from one of Bermuda's best grocery stores, and within easy reach of the vibrant local attractions. The space Our spacious two-bedroom cottage offers contemporary amenities, including built-in USB-A & C chargers (just bring your cable), towel warmers, a 16-foot fold 'n slide door, and exceptionally cozy beds. Each room is adorned with thoughtfully selected, top-tier appliances, furniture, and fixtures that enhance the coastal cottage ambiance. The second bedroom serves as a flexible space, suitable for either an office/reading retreat or a bedroom. The American Standard sleeper sofa features an incredibly comfortable Olympic queen Tempur-Pedic mattress. Savor a barbecue experience on the professional infrared sear station Lynx BBQ, and unwind during happy hour or leisurely moments on the secluded outdoor covered lounge while taking in the scenic views of the southern shore. It's not uncommon to see surfers, kiteboarders, and foilboarders playing in the waves. Want to siesta on the private beach? You'll have a cooler, 4 easy-to-carry lounge chairs, beach towels, and 2 umbrellas. For those inclined towards fitness, you'll have access to our Peloton bike & TRX equipment. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house with the exception of the basement. Other things to note Bermuda is stunning! Because we have such a beautiful tropical environment and high-end furniture, to prevent damage, we need to keep our home airconditioned 24/7 during the summer. We politely request that you respect this policy and keep the doors and windows closed on those humid days.
