Then travel to local city centers and tourist locales starting within a 7 minute drive from your front door. Available for minimum 30 day stays, an ideal location for travel nurses and other traveling professionals. The space The studio provides modern comfort inside with a rustic country setting outside. Recently renovated with new appliances, furnished with a queen bed Leesa mattress, fairly large closet and dresser, large wood writing desk, sitting area with new 4K smart TV, full couch, and coffee table, bathroom with a shower and additional closet/shelf space. Full kitchen adjoining the main room with a full size fridge/freezer and new gas stove/oven, dishes, pots/pans, microwave, Keurig, blender, dining table and chairs. The studio has a gas wall heater, air conditioner, dimmable lights, blackout curtains, wood floor in the main room, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The 7-foot ceiling helps to create a cozy space, but be careful not to bump your head if you’re over 6’5”. In front of the studio is a private fenced yard with chairs to relax and enjoy the open country skies. There is an attached laundry room for guests’ use with washer and dryer, and across the driveway are two assigned parking spaces. The property is gated, peaceful, and safe. There are stunning sunset views out the west window and a variety of birds, farm animals, and wildlife to be seen nearby, as well as seasonal plants that grow and blossom throughout the year. If you want to experience a taste of a real life “old time” country farm setting, while also enjoying all the conveniences and comforts of home, this is for you! Guest access Guests have the entire studio and fenced front yard to themselves, and access to a laundry room shared with two other guest units. The rest of the five acre property is an active working farm, and access is restricted to tours arranged with farm manager. Other things to note Much of the surrounding property is a work in progress, with gardens and trees in various stages, an active compost pile, wild berry patches and unmanicured native plants, wood piles, old barns, and funky farm tools and materials you don’t see everyday.
