60s Brighton bay house with zen lounge

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will be sharing house with me (I live here too) and my Bengal cat (Shakira) in my original 1960s house with old world charm (and few creaks & imperfections but they add to the charm:). Perfect location if needing a peaceful nook to chill out and regroup in your own dedicated lounge with leather lounges, Mongolian sheep cushions and ABBA tunes or Netflix binge. Wheelchair/limited ability. The space Comfy spaces close to everything that Brighton is famous eg Trendy Church Street shopping, Brighton bay beaches, Dendy park, Amazing schools (e.g. Brighton Secondary College, Haileybury, St Leonards Colleges are all walking distance). Relax in queen bed (bedroom 1) or 2 x single beds (bedroom 2) all with warm feather/down doonas and oil heaters to keep you nice and cosy. You also have a guest fridge to keep your food fresh, access to shared kitchen with traditional oven & microwave & coffee machine & airfryer (love this a game changer!) plus shared laundry and shared bathroom with bath and shower. You also have access to zen lounge room with leather couches and Mongolian fur cushions and Smart TV. And if weather is kind, a lovely outdoor patio in the sun to sip an eveing cocktail. Brighton zen :) Guest access Access to whole house except front bedroom (that is mine) & front lounge room (belongs to Shakira my cat:) During your stay Look forward to meeting you but understand if you are needing zen. I work full time as a secondary science teacher and am often too tired to talk much at end of the day so apologies ahead of time! Other things to note **** Please note: The following three rules MUST be strictly adhered to otherwise you will be request to instantly leave. **** 1) This is a TOTALLY NO SMOKING / NO VAPING property (no smoking or vaping outside or inside). Thankyou for your support in this as I have many guests who are very sensitive to smoking smells. 2) This is a no drug, no alcohol in excess property. I.e a happy house but NOT a ridiculous drunk party house. Thankyou for your understanding. 3) Shakira is a rescue cat & not a cuddle cat. She is very nervous with other people so I respectfully request you do not enter her lounge room as this is her safe space. Thankyou so much for your cooperation & understanding.
