The Loft at Ponderosa

Welcome to the loft at Ponderosa, a new spacious first floor one bed loft apartment with parking for one car. Come and join us for a relaxing break, where you'll be woken up with birdsong, spoilt with great countryside views and can watch some stunning sunsets. The space The rental area was completed in 2023 and is a unique loft conversion. The roof was removed and re-constructed with a steeper pitch to incorporate more space. The conversion consists of a built on extention with its own front entrance, stairs leading upto a landing where you enter the accommodation. From the landing you enter into a vast lounge with wall mounted television, 2 sofas, the smaller one is a sofa bed which would allow 2 children to sleep if required (under 12 years). Dining table and fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and cooker, built in dishwasher, fridge, sink etc. The bathroom consists of a bath (overlooking the countryside), separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin with vanity unit. The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and and an arm chair. The whole of the upstairs has stunning views across the countryside. Guest access The entire loft conversion. Other things to note The accommodation is for 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed is located in the lounge area and is suitable for under 12year olds.
