Ground Floor Apartment in Paradise

Punta Paraiso is a complex of apartments located steps from the beach in Nuevo Altata, surrounded by nature. This place is ideal for romantic getaways or simply to enjoy a pleasant family space The apartment is on the ground floor (no need to climb stairs) and in the tower located on the main boulevard. Enjoy this paradise while practicing yoga, enjoying the view on the terrace, swimming in the pool or just relaxing, our place was furnished with love and care. The space The apartment is in front of the children's playground and next to a splash pool. A few steps away you will find the main pool and pergolas equipped with barbecues to enjoy a good meal accompanied by family or friends (barbecue has extra cost and requires advance reservation). Our tower has an exit to the main boulevard which takes you to the beach in just 3 to 5 minutes on foot. Our bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning so you can have a pleasant rest and as a plus the master bedroom has a memory foam mattress, you won't want to get up! We have 50 mbps WiFi, 55" Smart TV, equipped kitchen (pans, pots, cutlery, dishes, etc.) and we provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, condiments, toilet paper and shampoo. Guest access NOTE: Please select the correct number of people in the reservation to authorize the access wristbands, the seventh and eighth person have an extra cost. Also specify if pets are included in the reservation. Wristbands must be worn throughout the stay and when using the amenities (pool, terrace, golf, volleyball, ping pong, outdoor cinema, yoga area, picnic area and many more). Only some amenities require prior reservation such as pergolas, grills and fire pits, please let me know if you would like to use them. You will also have access to Pelícanos, an exclusive beach club, where only guests wearing our wristband can access. The club has a shower, hammocks and beach furniture! Other things to note The reservation includes two exclusive parking spaces which are outside the residential area but a few steps from the access gate. Please do not totally or partially invade other parking spaces as there will be a fine from the condominium.
