Located in the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, it is close to Fontainebleau and an hour from Paris. 🧗All climbing sectors are nearby. 🏇 The "Grand Parquet" and many equestrian centers are nearby 🏰 Not far from several castles 🚄 Avon and Thomery train stations are an 18-minute drive away ✈️ Orly Airport is a 45-minute drive away 🛣️ The A6 highway is a 3-minute drive The space 🛖 The duplex is new and comfortably insulated from cold and heat. It has: *a bedroom accessible by a wooden ladder with a 160 x 200 cm double bed * a pull-out sofa that turns into a 160 x 200 cm bed in the living room. * an open integrated kitchen equipped with a small oven, toaster, two ceramic hobs, range hood, new dishes and pots * a bathroom with a large shower. * an outdoor wooden terrace with garden furniture * a TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime * WiFi (fiber) 🧂Available upon arrival: * sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, pepper * bed linens * bath towels * toilet paper rolls * dishwashing liquid, sponges * household products ➕ Extra charge, on request: * hair dryer (free of charge) * clothes rack (free) * loan of climbing site topos (free) * numerous crash pads (package depending on days and models) Self 🗝️ check-in via a key box. 🏘️ The accommodation is adjacent to another but completely independent. The terrace is separated by a claustra. 🦆 The accommodation is located in Achères la Forêt, 300 meters from a pond and a small wood. 🧀 On Saturday mornings you can go to the Loiseau cheese factory 100 meters away. ☕ The village also has a café/concert called "Graines de café", where you can also eat (5-minute walk). 🎵 🛒 For shopping, you can drive to Bi1, the baker, the butcher, the tobacco shop, the pharmacy in Chapelle-la-Reine and/or Ury (4-minute drive). Other things to note We have several crash pads of 4 different sizes (contact us for the price). No smoking inside and no parties or pets.
