All towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days if requested. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath support available upon REQUEST and pending availability. Please note we do not provide bedding or blankets for the travel cot due safety and hygiene reasons. Please request this BEFORE booking as we cannot guarantee availability. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, utensils, salt and pepper, plates, bowls and cutlery. Appliances and gadgets include: gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, ninja & egg cooker. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk and biscuits. In the lounge, there is a 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview that you can watch whilst relaxing on the comfortable sofa. We provide super-fast Wi-Fi of 264Mbps that extends throughout the house. This is a perfect house for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages. It will be occupied by your and your guest only. Other things to note Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody! Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon-checkout. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. Lost keys will be charged at £100 to replace them so please take care of them. If any gas canisters are left in the property there will be a charge of £100 to dispose of them correctly. Please respect our quite times between the hours of 22:00 - 07:00 hrs. We have great neighbours and do not want to annoy them. Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the property, if evidence of smoking is found there will be a charge of £100. Feel free to smoke outside however please be responsible and dispose of the cigarette butts in the bin. Strictly no parties allowed, if our neighbours complain you will be asked to leave with no refund .
