Charming house in a hamlet surrounded by vineyards located 15 minutes from Saint Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from Arcachon and Lacanau. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area with a shaded terrace, to taste good wines and make good meals. Indeed, if you are a wine lover you are ideally located to visit Châteaux, vineyards and discover the many grape varieties that our region offers. We'll be thrilled to share our experience with you as a winegrower. The space The cottage is 120 m2 and can accommodate up to 6/7 people. On the ground floor you will find: - A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine - A large dining room - A living room with two large TV sofas and Wi-Fi - Toilets Upstairs: - A bedroom with a 160×190 bed with a shower. - A bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a 90 bed - A bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a baby bed - Bathroom with shower and toilet Baby equipment can be made available if needed. Outside: - Shaded terrace with plancha, large table and chairs - A wooded and flowered garden with swing, slide and ping-pong table available less than 50 m from the house, trampoline, badminton net, mini soccer goal.
