1-Bedroom Condo with Sea View in Pattaya

It's fully furnished condo with 1 bedroom, private bathroom, well equipped kitchen, balcony and living area. It has a sea view and it's located on 16th floor. Water and internet are included in the price. Electricity is not included in the price, we charged 7 THB/kWh. Security deposit of 5,000 THB will be required. If you want to use parking you will be charge 300 THB/ stay. Please inform us about the parking in advance. The space We provide bedsheets and towels. If you need to arrange a cleaning during your stay we can help you with that. Our cleaning service costs: - light cleaning: 500 THB - cleaning and changing bedsheets and towels: 1000 THB - we can give you an extra set of bedsheets for free. So you can wash the one set and change it for the spare one by yourself during your stay. But you have to inform us to bring it for you :) Kitchen - basic cooking equipment, cutlery, stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes Living room - sofa, TV Bedroom - queen size bed, closet Bathroom - shower, toilet, sink Guest access You will stay in our private condo. The condo has 40 sq.m., 1 bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen with living area and balcony. The building has a sauna, pool, gym and outside area. You have a free access to this shared areas. But you have to follow building rules and open hours for this facilities. Our Thai staff work: 9 AM - 5 PM Check-in time: 2 PM - in person 5 PM, if later we usually leave the key in a mailbox for you). So late check-in is no problem :) our staff will come to meet you the next day. This building has access to the elevator by scan so if you will arrive late we will register you with management for scan ID the next morning. The first night will not be able to use elevator, only stairs. Keep that in mind if you book condo and want to do late check-in (management office for scan close at 5pm). Check-out time: until 12 noon. If you have to leave before 9 AM, please inform us at least 1 day before because our staff will come the afternoon before your departure. When you will be leaving our condo in the early morning, just lock and leave the key in mailbox. Other things to note Water and internet are included in the rental price. Electricity is not included. Mostly depends how much air con tenants use during the stay. Please turn off the air con every time before you leave the condo. We charge 7 THB per kWh. At check-in we collect deposit 5000 THB (give you a receipt that we got and keep the deposit until check-out). Parking permit sticker costs 300 THB per stay. Please inform us in advance if you will want to park your vehicle inside and use the building parking lot. We have to prepare documents and arrange the permit sticker with building management.
