Wonderful modern holiday home with great lake views

Quiet and peaceful place with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so there is no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Shared access to private beach 2-3 min walk Hope you will enjoy this wonderful place as much as we do. . The house is centrally located and well equipped. Free parking at premises. The space The house consists of 2 floors. On the 2nd floor there are bedrooms with 2 single beds (can sleep more there) and a closet, as well as a TV living room with exit to the porch. 1st floor consists of a large entrance/hallway, bathroom with heating cables, shower cabin, washing machine and toilet. In addition, there is an extra toilet with a sink next to it. Well-equipped kitchen with all basic cooking equipment (plates, cutlery, water glasses, wine glasses, salt/pepper, oil, pots, pans, etc.), ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, mixer, small coffee machine (capsules must be brought/purchased by yourself), large and open dining area. 2 bedrooms, where the master bedroom has a double bed and a closet (freezer and central vacuum cleaner), fan in the ceiling. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed. Cozy TV living room with fireplace and exit to the porch and large garden room with electric fireplace. There is a small library corner with books, reading material and some board games by the fireplace where you can enjoy a good book in the stressless. Toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and hand soap are available. Bed linen can be rented for NOK 150 per person and consists of 1 beach towel, 1 shower towel, 1 towel, pillow/duvet cover and sheets. There are summer duvets and pillows for the beds (some extra thick duvets can be arranged) Wireless network. There is also a small cabinet at the stairs to the 2nd floor that can be used as a desk. The house has fire alarms, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. Guest access Guests can use the house in its entirety. The hot tub can be used at an additional cost of NOK 500 per stay. It is assumed that guidelines for the use of the hot tub are followed. The hot tub can be used free of charge for stays longer than a week. Other things to note Short distance to most places. Minimum number of nights is 2, except for weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31 where it is rented Sunday to Sunday. Hot tub can be rented for a lump sum of NOK 500. Guidelines for use must be followed.
