Les Camélias Longhouse

Attached to a former 19th century farmhouse, renovated between 2019 and 2021, the house has a kitchen and bathroom each equipped and 2 bedrooms. Private parking and a large, semi-open farmyard, fully furnished in a dining and relaxation area with stone barbecue, complete the house. We provide deckchairs, an outdoor lounge but also 2 adult bikes (size M). Free public parking is 10 meters from the house. Cleaning included. The space The house is part of an old farmhouse, completely renovated, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living room is composed of a convertible corner sofa, a 108 cm TV connected with Blu-ray player. You can enjoy a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with dressing room, desk and library; the second is composed of 2 single beds, with closet. Other amenities such as dishwasher, washer dryer complete the house to facilitate your stay. Bed and bath linens are included, as well as cleaning (see participatory instructions before departure). 500 meters from the house, a supermarket sells fresh bread and pastries every morning; it is open 7 days a week. Pharmacy, hairdresser, nurses, newsstand, cat boarding house, equestrian club complete the activities in the village. Supermarket, gas station, banks and restaurants are about 7 km away. Regional train station 5 km away and Gare de l'Est 18 km away. Both are terminals of Paris Gare de Lyon. Located at the gates of Burgundy, Champagne and Paris, the village is in the center for many tourist visits to the surrounding area, castles, museums, animal parks but also sports: Fishing, water skiing, paintball and canoeing are less than 30 minutes from the gîte. All tourist and sports information is grouped in a welcome booklet, accompanied by books on the various activities in the surroundings. Guest access The house is accessed through a gate overlooking the courtyard. Private parking is located across from the house in front of the courtyard which serves as an outdoor space for your summer meals and solarium, with sun loungers, barbecue and seating area. By car, we are 1 hour from Paris, 30 min from Fontainebleau and Provins, 25 min from Sens, 20 min from the 1st Ile-de-France train station Montereau Fault Yonne, terminus Paris Gare de Lyon (travel time 1 hour). The TER station, Villeneuve La Guyard, is 5 km away. It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to Paris Gare de Lyon. Other things to note We provide a travel cot with bed linen, a baby bath and a baby seat on request. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the accommodation, except for service animals.
