Peaceful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath retreat in the trees

We will be out of town most of the summer so looking to rent our family home for a negotiable period of time within June 15 and July 28. 30 days minimum but the option to stay longer if you wish within that timeframe Our home is 3 bedrooms with a bed in each bedroom and 2.5 baths Great family retreat minutes to downtown Nevada City. This Beautiful 3 bedroom home is a Peaceful retreat in the trees with lovely indoor space and an amazing peaceful outdoor area with multiple places to hang out The space Beautiful 3 bedroom home with large open kitchen that is connected to the dining area. Double sided fireplace keeps you cozy in both the dining and living room. Beautiful grounds with a combination of natural trees and plants in the tastefully designed and landscaped backyard. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite and has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is quite large Bedroom 2 has a king bed with unattached bathroom right next to the bedroom. This bedroom uses the shared upstairs bathroom. This is our daughters room so is decorated accordingly. 3rd bedroom is on the main floor and has a Queen bed and is very cozy/small while at the same time well appointed with 2 nooks with clothes hangers/clothes storage. There is a half bath with no shower/tub right next to it. People in this bedroom would use the upstairs shared full bathroom to shower in. If you are multiple families traveling with some kids we have the option of an extra foldable mattress that could be placed on the floor for kids to use. We have the guest limit at 6 people but can be flexible on a situational basis if you reach out to us before booking. We live here and rent this out when we take vacations. This is our private home so you will find many of our belongings in the closets and the pantry etc...We will clear out the fridge of all foods minus some basic condiments for guests to use. We ask that you treat our home with care as we have put in a fair amount of work to make the home a comfortable and relaxing place to be. There is a long-term tenant in the 1 bedroom mother-in-law apartment connected to the house but they have their own entrance to their space so you will not share any space with them other than the driveway.
