Renovation from Mauro and Ted, this house is for you now. If you are looking for tranquility, if you love the scents of the fields, if you want to hear the crickets and the axle, if you dream of a small ancient world this is the place for you. The space The house is in a sunny position on the slopes of the Pre-Alps, in the center of a small village that faces south towards the small hills. The surrounding fields are cultivated with vines and olive trees, the road that crosses the village, surrounded by a stone wall, leads to the center of Stevenà's village. In front of the house a small garden with vine, vegetables, aromatic herbs and flowers, it is the ideal place to rest, eat and enjoy the evenings outdoors. On the ground floor the living room opens the window to the garden and offers a space for relaxation, reading, watching TV, but it can also become an office for business days. The kitchen, lit in the morning by the summer sun, is equipped with gas and oven. Upstairs, reachable with a wooden staircase, the house has a large room facing south, and a smaller one to the east: both have double beds. The bathroom is at the service of both rooms.
