Big closets and storing space. Includes all utilities and also includes: fast speed Internet, cable tv, and house cleaning service once a week by Montse, (with laundry service included, for stays of 1 month or more). Montse is a great cleaning lady so a tip is appreciated at the end of your stay. new washer-dryer. Normal size fridge, oven, stove, full equipped kitchen. Safety deposit box for storing valuables. It has a queen size bed. Extra comfy! And of course super fast WiFi for people who need to do home office (there is also a built-in desk perfect for a work station, and perfect environment to work, with a very peaceful zen ambience). I will be happy to help in any way I can. My apartment is very well kept but if anything were to come up during your stay our service includes a great handyman that is only a call away. It is a small street in Condesa, far away from the buzz of restaurants, but still at walking distance if you want to be part of the night life. It is a residential street. Very well located. The subway is two blocks away, and the rental bike station is just in the corner. The supermarkets, gyms and parks are very close by, there is a miscellaneous shop where they sell fresh fruit and other produce (cash only), there is also a few hospitals very near by for any kind of emergency. This apartment is great for anyone who wants to live the true Mexico City experience without the need of renting a car or depending on one. Condesa is one of the hippest areas in Mexico City. All of the public transportation is just a walk away. Subway, Metrobus (bus service), bikes, etc. And you can do most of the things you need walking! Our plants are watered by our housekeeper once a week, however we do ask for you to keep an eye out if you are staying a long stay, and make sure they do not dry out. Please this is very important to consider since they are as much part of the valuables of the apartment. The apartment is located in an old 1940s building, even though the apartment is modern and remodeled the building in itself is old. Please do not expect a modern building, it is old but charming. It does NOT have an elevator but the apartment is located on the second floor thus there is no need for one. My apartment however has been remodeled. THE KITCHEN FLOOR IS BRAND NEW AND WHEN WET IT GETS VERY SLIPPERY, PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS AND NEVER WALK ON IT IF THE SURFACE IS WET.
