Two beach cruiser bikes located in the shed with bike lock. High speed internet to keep you connected and all TV's provide Netflix, Roku, YouTube TV and more! Full size washer and dryer, all of your kitchen essentials including coffee maker, blender, air fryer, pots and pans, outdoor grill and tools. Pack n play travel crib and sheet provided. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable space for all our guests. All comforters, throw rugs, blankets, and sheets are thoroughly cleaned and rotated between stays to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Our coastal and cozy beach house sleeps up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths: *Bedroom 1- King size bed, en suite bathroom. (full bath with shower) *Bedroom 2- Queen size bed *Bedroom 3- Bunkbed with queen size bottom bunk, twin top. *Guest bathroom- full bath with bathtub and shower **bean bag which folds out to full size mattress available upon request** Pets permitted with approval and small fee-Our backyard is fully fenced in for the safety and comfort of your pet. If your pet joins you on your next vacation, Jax Beach is a pet friendly beach from October 1st through March 31st and all other times of the year pets are allowed before 9am and after 5pm. Also be sure to check out Brew Hound, our local dog park+bar featuring local craft beer, wine on tap and Bold Bean specialty coffee. **If you would like to rent bikes, surfboards, or other beach equipment, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you! **We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip!
