Parking space for more than 1 car, communicable pool, 3km from Paphos harbour with all shops and restaurants. 5 mins in a car 20 mins walk to the beach. Small shops pharmacy, gym and coffee shop 400 meters from the house.Fully furnished throughout with large wardrobes, double beds and all new electrical appliances.15 mins from the airport. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. 1 en-suite bathroom, and 1 separate bathroom both with showers. Each bedroom has its own balcony area. Free onsite parking is available. Delonghi coffee machine. Good access to public transport and taxi rank close by. The whole 3 story townhouse and communal pool. Roof terrace with BBQ, private balcony’s on each bedroom. The house is in front of a residential road. Shortcut walk to the beach. Local shops 5 mins walk from the house. Flat surface on the pavement. Please respect our neighbours. Suggest hiring a car to see the attractions car hire is from 25 euros per day approximately. Buses are available outside the complex and from the airport( I’m not sure how reliable they are). Local bus service is good. Taxis available close by and reasonably priced. Lots of small quaint bay beaches close to the area. Lots of sights and things to explore in Paphos. Family friendly area.Wide variety of good food, quaint restaurants, coffee shops and fun bars. We can recommend car hire, places to visit and restaurants. You can take your own fire stick and plug it into the TVs. No TVs in bedrooms. The WI-FI signal is excellent in the house and unlimited. Lost keys will be charged at 100 euros per key. An alarm fob will be issued for your safety and security. For any arrivals after 12am a key safe number will be provided and the location is on the property. Great location for peace and a walk or 5 mins drive into the main tourist area. Fully air conditioned throughout. Freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine available in the house. Kitchenette on roof terrace.
