Close to everything you need, yet one of the most quiet areas in Bear Lake. From the front door, you have an amazing view of the lake. To the west, you have a equally stunning view of Garden City canyon. Garden City canyon offers many public ATV trails that you will have direct access to at all times. The home itself is perfect for a family gathering, large or small. The main floor features an open floor plan, with plenty of room to be together in the kitchen and living room. The upstairs also has a spacious living room that can be used for a family movie night. Guest access You will have access to all living quarters of the home.
