Description

Bright and quiet apartment located 300m from the historic center, therefore, a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions, Cathedral, Alcazaba, Teatro Romano, Museums (Picasso, Thyssen,...), Muelle Uno, as well as the famous Calle Larios. You will have all kinds of shops, if you feel like shopping, and a wide range of restaurants. On a walk of about 15min, you can also enjoy the sea and one of the best known beaches in the city, La Malagueta. The space The apartment has everything you could need for an easy and pleasant stay on your visit to Malaga. It consists of a spacious and comfortable living room with a sitting area and dining area; a fully-equipped independent kitchen with appliances, kitchenware, kitchen utensils and a table for four people; two warm and cozy bedrooms, and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite in the master bedroom). If you need the tranquility of an independent work area, you have a large table and a comfortable desk chair in one of the bedrooms. Guest access The accommodation is located in a modern building with two elevators and concierge from Monday to Friday with garbage collection service from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The location is completely strategic to be 100m (1min walk) from the commuter train "Málaga- Centro Alameda" with stop, among others, at the airport (12min ride) , the "María Zambrano Station" (AVE), large shopping centers (Vialia, Larios, El Corte Inglés... ) 500m and, "Málaga Bus Station" 700m. If you travel by car, you can also have, at your choice, private paid parking inside the building (check price and availability) or public paid parking 180m away. Other things to note Very quiet place since the entire accommodation overlooks a low-traffic street, free of businesses and noise. On the other hand, on the parallel street and access to the building, you will find all kinds of establishments such as cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit shops, fashion stores, hairdressers, beauty salons, gyms, etc. Exceptional and privileged area, close to everything and away from the noise and bustle, which will allow you to enjoy all that Malaga has to offer without having to give up a good night's rest.
