Relax on the comfortable 3-seater corner sofa, which can also be used as an extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining room for four offers a warm and welcoming space for every moment. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with a modern shower cabin. 🌿 Step outside to enjoy two spacious terraces, furnished for relaxing moments under the shade of the pergola - ideal for morning coffee, reading or just to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the village. You'll also find a storage room with a washing machine for added comfort. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, inviting you to enjoy outdoor cooking and evenings under the Cretan sky. ✨ Whether you want to relax or explore the beauty of the surrounding mountains, lakes, gorges and traditional taverns, Merastri Cretan Home offers the ideal base for your stay in Crete. Other things to note Right across from the property, there is a traditional olive mill, operating from November to February usually in the afternoons. Guests have a unique opportunity to witness the olive oil production process firsthand and learn more about the local Cretan tradition. Visits to the olive mill are available by appointment, offering an authentic experience for anyone interested in gastronomy and cultural heritage. Parking is free on the street outside the house. The entire settlement is also accessible on foot. Nearby activities, restaurants, cafes and the village lake are less than 10 minutes away by car. The largest city of the island, Heraklion, is at a distance of 45' from the village by vehicle. Some of the most popular beaches of southern Crete are at a distance of 30'.
