We rent two houses together (maximum 4 adults). Located on our property next to our home, they are completely independent. In absolute calm in the middle of nature on 1.3 hectares of land but 10 minutes from all the amenities and activities of the beautiful medieval village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, 3rd "Favorite French Village", in the Aveyron gorges, in the heart of the Bastides Albigeoises circuit. The space The first house for 4 people includes a large 30 m2 living room with open-plan kitchen (with combined stove/oven/dishwasher), dining area, living room with stove, all overlooking a terrace of almost 40 m2, with garden furniture, small "Stock Tank" pool and BBQ. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom (1 bed of 140 cm), a bathroom with washing machine and 1 separate toilet. A mezzanine "cabin" accessible from the living room but closed includes 2 beds of 90 cm. The second house is a wooden mini-house for 2 to 4 people with a living/dining area, an equipped kitchenette, a toilet, a double bed with shower/sink area. In the mezzanine, two single beds for children. Guest access The land is very large, 1.3 hectares of meadows and woods with a self-service organic vegetable garden and orchard. You can go for a walk from the house, a hiking trail passing along the edge of the property. We also have 3 donkeys who are very cuddly with the kids. Other things to note Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val is 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse, with a well-known market in the region, restaurants, supermarkets, media library, doctors, cinema, swimming pool, open-air cafes,... and many sports activities (Aveyron beaches for swimming or canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, caving, climbing, adventure course or tree climbing...
