Full studio-style suite available in Granite Bay

Private suite available in Granite Bay two minutes away from Folsom Lake. Perfect for anyone traveling to see an event at the Golden One Center that wants a less-expensive and more accommodating place to stay than the downtown hotels. We can offer pool access and a lake pass for those that wish to cool off during the summer months. Guests get access to NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV as well. The space Our family of three lives upstairs and we are more than happy to make additional accommodations for our guests. The suite features: - Queen bed with a wall mounted TV in the bedroom - Private restroom and shower, stocked with towels and soap - Kitchen which is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware - Electric Stove and Microwave - Access to a BBQ - Full fridge and freezer - Living room with 3 leather seats and TV - Pool access (for those that inquire) - Free parking on the property - Air Conditioning unit and Heater - Plenty of privacy - NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio suite and backyard patio. We can provide pool access for guests that inquire about its use. We have a large driveway with parking available. During your stay Our family lives on site, and we are home during non-work hours. You can call or text us. We are more than happy to come say hello. If you want your privacy, the layout of the house makes it totally possible to not interact with us at all. Other things to note We have a lake pass that guests can borrow during the duration of their stay that allows free entry into Folsom Lake for no additional cost ($12 value per day). We can accommodate rides to and from Golden One arena for events if you let us know in advance. Parking is a pain downtown and a quick drop off and pickup can save you $35 for parking, or $80 ridesharing costs. Similarly, we can provide a sober ride to and from the local winery if you let us know in advance.
