The bedroom is upstairs and temperatures are comfortably controlled with forced air heating and central air conditioning. The house has a driveway and an uncovered parking pad for guests. Coffee and tea are available for guests. I am a part-time semi-retired violin teacher, and in late afternoon and early evenings one day a week there could be violin lessons taking place in the music room.
