Welcome to our traditional Georgian Art House, located deep in the mountains. There are a total of eight rooms available in the guesthouse, which can accommodate a maximum of 23 guests. To view the rooms, please allow me to access the host's listing. The lunch is priced at $10, and the dinner option is available for $15 The space The house was built by my husband and sons, whom are artists and poets, all the furniture is hand made which adds character to our property. The house is surrounded by mountains, you can hear natural streams in the distance. If you love wild nature and dislike trivial busy touristic locations such, then our place is ideal for your escape. The house spread over two floors. The first floor is made from stone and the second floor is made from wood. The first floor has a self catering kitchen where you can cook lunch or dinner, this is available to use at all times. There is also a shared bathroom with shower and toilet, and a washing machine. The primary feature of the first floor is the main room, which is an art gallery. There are paintings on the wall and if you like any, they are available to buy. In this room you can experience traditional Georgian folk clothing and instruments, which are hung on the wall. Opposite there is a large open fire place that we use when it's cold, which you are welcome to sit around and enjoy some home made wine. The room is furnished with plenty of tables which can be used for eating, there is enough space for large groups. There is a bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor and on the second floor there are six bedrooms which can sleep up to 23 people. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is large balcony on the second floor which you can sit down and enjoy the views of the mountains. Outside, we have a large garden which is furnished with a summer kitchen, a terrace with hammocks and outdoor eating space. We also cook barbecue (shashlik) outside when the weather is good. We've got two pets, Hachi a husky dog, and a swallow bird which lives in the home and fly's around freely. Parking is available at the property. Breakfast is included for each guest and it's made from ingredients that we farm ourselves. We can provide a traditional lunch and dinner for a charge, this would include home made wine and chacha (spirit). All ingredients are organic and grown on our land. Parking on property During your stay We can communicate in Georgian and Russian fluently, unfortunately, our English is not very good. But my nephew is a fluent English speaker and can be available at the property on request. We converse with our guests if they wish it, we can talk about art, culture, history of this place and surrounding areas and various other topics. The property is home to local young artists, which you are welcome to discuss with us. Other things to note We also have a delightful cafe-bar located in the hotel's courtyard, where you can order a variety of food and drinks according to your preferences.
