Cozy apartment with classic Danish decor. The apartment features a balcony with morning sun, and the afternoon sun streams into the living room. The apartment is centrally located just a few meters from Christianshavn Ramparts, which are excellent for running/walking and a picnic. Parking in Copenhagen can be very expensive, but you can find free parking 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The space The apartment is located close to water and nature but is still very central. There are 800 meters to Christianshavns Metro and Amagerbro Metro and a two minute walk to two different busses, so it's very easy to get around. If you prefer biking it takes under ten minutes to Rådhuspladsen, which is the center of Copenhagen. If you want to go out to eat or drink there are a lot of nice spots at Christianshavn. Look up the good places in Christianshvan and other places in the city in my guide book here on my profile. The apartment is newly renovated and with new interior in a typical nordic style. There is a bedroom (queen bed 160 cm.), balcony, a dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom. In the room will also be towels and two duvet and two pillows with freshly washed bed linen. I live in the apartment when it is not rented out, so there are personal belongings in the cabinets. However, there are shelves in the closet for you to unpack, and there is also the option to hang clothes on hangers. I hope to see you in Copenhagen. Guest access You will have acces to the whole appartement except for one of the living rooms. Other things to note The apartment has two living rooms but one is closed of and used for private storage. It is therefore not a part of the rental. The apartment can only be used by the people who booked it and no guests are allowed.
