Garfield Hts is a centrally located suburb in Cuyahoga county and you're only minutes from anywhere in the greater Cleveland area. Marymount hospital and beautiful Garfield Park are nearby. Cuyahoga National Park is also close. The space is on a main road and directly across from the justice center with quick access to I-480. You have a shared attached two car garage with the downstairs tenant. Guests will have the right side of the garage and driveway. You can park on the side streets (except from 3-6am) off Turney Rd. You also have a large back yard with a covered patio. The unit has 3 beds with a king, queen, and twin. The queen/king bedrooms both have Hulu TVs. All rooms have blinds and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all the basics for cooking including toaster, microwave, and a drip coffee maker. The living room is spacious with a hulu TV and electric fireplace. Please enjoy the complementary soft drinks and water in the fridge! Guest access Shared entrance with downstairs tenant. Other things to note Couple things I’d like guests to know/consider before booking: 1) Space is on a main road and has a city type atmosphere. It’s peaceful but be aware you're going to hear the sound of some traffic, especially outside. 2) This is a townhouse/duplex. Although you have your own PRIVATE space, you very well will be around other guests' downstairs during your stay. This is a convenient, pet friendly, comfortable, and budget friendly space. Most who stay here love it, but please understand those two points. If you believe they could be an issue for you, I would not book this property.
