Incredible apartment located in a very centric area of Mexico City, just 30 meters away from the emblematic Condesa neighborhood. The area is similar to a small town in which you can find all kinds of restaurants, cafes and shops. Two blocks away is the recently remodeled Jardín Morelos, an excellent park with a running track, and at the same distance is the Mercado Escandón where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and food of very good quality. The property is located in a PH and has two floors: the ground floor where the living room, dining room and kitchen are, has double height which makes the space really comfortable; and on the top floor is the bedroom with a KING SIZE bed, a full bathroom and a large terrace. In the morning, the view from the bedroom towards the Church of San José de la Montaña is something exceptionally wonderful, which is worth seeing. The apartment is located on a third floor, does not have an elevator. The apartment is ideal for one or two people (although it is equipped to receive up to three). Complete apartment. I am always reachable and in contact for any need my guests could have. Since the place doesn't have an autonomus entrance, guests who arrive at dawn (between 12 and 7 am), must wait until 8 am to be received. On the other hand, guests who have a flight very late at night or at dawn, will be asked to hand over the keys, for which we will contact you. Thanks!! The Escandón colony preserves a large part of the buildings that correspond to the first half of the 20th century, highlighting styles such as art deco and neocolonial. It has only 6 apartments and has no elevator. The apartment is at 3rd level. It has a concierge service Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays 9:00 – 13:00 (except holidays). It also has surveillance cameras on common areas, and security locks. The accessibility is excellent because it has a subway station 10 meters away, as well as Metrobus, the city's bus rapid service. It is strictly necessary for all guests without exception that when entering and leaving the building, to lock both locks of the main door with the two keys we will provide our guests. The neighbors have established a fine of $1,000 (one thousand Mexican pesos or equivalent) to the person who does not close properly when entering and leaving.
