This unique townhome is essentially two condos under the same roof, a 2 bed/2 bath & a 1 bed/1 bath condo, each with their own entrance, kitchen & living space - a perfect solution for a multi family vacation, when you want to be together but still have your own space. What you see here is what you will get at check in! While all 1700sqft are under one roof, the townhouse is essentially divided into 2 condos each having their own entrance. 2 Bedroom Condo: 1,200sqft, sleeps 6, full kitchen, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 2 full baths, laundry in unit, gas fireplace. 1 Bedroom Condo: 500sqft, sleeps 4, full kitchen, 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 full bath, laundry in unit, gas fireplace. (This listing is for BOTH spaces as one reservation. You can’t book one without the other.) Other Important Notes: -There are a number of steps/stairs both to enter the townhouse as well as to reach the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. -There is a patio off the dining room in both condos as well as a large private patio accessible from the master bedroom in the 2 bedroom condo. -There is a shared door inside the condos adjoining both sides. It is a set of doors back to back & both doors have to be unlocked from either side to allow entrance between the condos. -There is no DVD player included with any of the TVs. -WiFi username & PW will be provided at the registration desk upon check in. Guest access Check in at the Registration Building upon arrival with the name provided at booking. The person checking in must be at least 21 yrs old. As a resort guest, you will have free access to any of the 4 onsite pools, the outdoor hot tub, and the fitness center. There is also a recreational center, a convenience store that serves Starbucks coffee & snacks and the delicious Mulligan's Restaurant is open daily at the foot of the ski hill. Other things to note The reservations will be booked into the guest's name as it appears on the AirBnb listing. (Must be 21+) If this name does not match the photo ID or if a guest by a different name will be the one checking in, you must provide the first and last name to me before checking in. If an email is provided, a confirmation & welcome from the resort will be sent directly to you. $245/night, M-Th, No Fri/Sat/Sun nights. NO ADDED CLEANING FEES! Must be 21+ year of age at the time of check in. A major credit card is required at check in for a $100 hold. As long as there are no damages, that will be released after check out. No Smoking. No Pets. Free Parking. A 10 day cancellation notice is preferred. This is a Bluegreen Resort - All sales presentations are optional.
