Beautiful Barn with hot tub and stunning views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful barn conversion in the heart of the beautiful countryside. Close to London and Oxford and with lots of fun family activities close by this is a great escape. With amazing views, private hot tub and secure gardens surrounded by open fields it’s family and dog friendly. Inside there is a large vaulted living room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. 2 en-suite bedrooms, 3 further bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. A Snug/TV room. The space The whole house and garden are yours to enjoy. The barn sits down a gravel drive, and was once part of an old farm that has now been beautifully renovated and the land restored to wild flower meadows. There are two barn conversions on the site that are set well apart in their own grounds. The barn overlooks the wild flower meadows and chiltern hills. The garden is fenced and gated so it is safe for children. It opens onto open fields and there are footpaths straight from the house that lead directly to a farm shop & cafe that serves award winning breakfasts only a 10 minute walk away. There are 4 double bedrooms and one bedroom with two singles. We have travel cots and high chairs etc for young children if needed. There are also lots of toys and games for you to enjoy. The house is surrounded by its own 15 acres of wild flower meadows which you are welcome to walk in and picnic in. It’s a truly beautiful nature spot, great for the body and the soul. There are a number of footpaths straight from the house that lead directly to a farm shop & cafe that serves award winning breakfasts only a 10 minute walk away. The house is well equipped for families, with travel cots, high chair, baby bath and bouncer/toys and lots of family games and toys. Outside there are children toys and games and a little playhouse for the little ones. There are lots of lovely walks and open fields straight from the house and amazing views from the patios and house. Guest access Guests have sole access to the house and surrounding gardens. The owners live on another property on the site that is set a good distance away in its own grounds so you can have full peace and quiet and enjoy the garden for bbq’s but we are on hand should you need anything. Please note parties and events such as hen and stags do’s are not allowed. We do have neighbours and are in a beautiful quiet hamlet so though we want you to enjoy the space and outdoors loud music and parties are not permitted. We ask for outside noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm and no music please. This rule must be respected. Please note: There is an adjoining annex with large double room with a further two beds, ensuite and separate kitchen and dining room. This is closed off for this listing but we do offer this as an additional add on at £200 a night if you would like. With the annex the house can sleep 14 if required. Due to the large size of the house though and the amount of reception rooms etc this isn't necessary unless you are a larger group than 10 or would like a separate annex. Please just message if you have any questions. Other things to note Dogs are charged at £60 dog per stay with a maximum of two dogs per stay please. Please ensure we are notified if you would like to bring a dog. Please note that due to the time it takes to clean and change over the house. Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 9:30am (Mondays and peak weeks when we have multiple bookings per week). If this isn’t the case we will of course try to accommodate you and often can offer earlier check in’s from 1pm and later check outs 12am so please do ask. Also please only have as many guests as we accommodate unless otherwise agreed. We do not allow extra people to come for events etc unless discussed in advance.
