Georjeana Farm secluded pet-friendly acreage

Our secluded modern suite is the perfect place to escape to the country. Located on 40 acres, 20 min from the town of Pemberton our property offers the ultimate getaway with all the amenities of home sweet home. We consider ourselves Dog Heaven, so a perfect retreat for dogs but people are welcome too. The space Modern, bright and spacious studio with incredible mountian and meadow views (from outside the suite). The suite is very well designed and the king bed will ensure best sleeps ever! Our property is secluded with the closest neighbour more than a km away. We are animal lovers and our fur babies Eddie and Georgie are very friendly but insist that dogs that come are super friendly and balanced too. Eddie is a giant puppy so please be patient with him as he is still a baby even though he looks full grown! Our property is dog heaven with lots of open space to run; no fences and a pond for those hot days. The kitchen is compact with a mini fridge and convection oven, hot plate, microwave, soda stream, and a slow cooker. Oil, salt and pepper, some spices, coffee, tea and sugar are also provided. The suite has Telus optic tv and unlimited wifi available. Outside you will enjoy a serene outdoor space with private sitting area with Weber barbecue. Mountian bikes are available for your use, great for cruising down to the river, local use only please. Pemberton is an outdoor enthusiast nirvana so whether mountian biking, dirt biking, sledding, skiing, hiking or just watching the world go by is your jam, you won’t be disappointed. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle you have come to the right place. We do have a fire pit but use is limited due fire restrictions ( usually only available in fall and winter) and you must provide your own wood. Guest access The suite is attached to the garage( right side) which houses our tractor and bikes. It is completely independent of our house some 300 feet away and the house is not visible from the suite. Other things to note A pet fee of 25 dollars per pet per stay will be charged. Maximum of two dogs. Pets are not to be left unattended arrangements can be made and an additional cost. We are on well water and a septic system.
