The space The house is situated in downtown Cancun, in a safe residential neighborhood with several parks to stroll. At a short walking distance you'll find cosy restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, banks, pharmacies and a car rental. The traditional crafts market Mercado 28 is 5 minutes away by car, and the nicest beaches of Cancun and the lagoon are 15 minutes away by car (a bit more by direct public transportation). Guest access Street parking is ok. There is a car rental 3 minutes away walking distance. The airport is 15 minutes away, the ferry to Isla Mujeres is 11 minutes away, the bus station is 7 minutes away (all by car). We can provide transportation to/from any of them or you can take a taxi. The main avenida Tulum that will take you to the beach and the main attractions is three blocks away, from where you can take direct public transportation to just about everywhere. During your stay While giving priority to your full privacy, we are always available and happy to share tips on the best beach spots and activities in the area. The housekeeper will be available for anything you need and for airport pickups, laundry services, and special meals as required. He has an assigned room in the backyard, whose entrance is independent from the house, where he stays often with Chel, his friendly labrador. Some morning you might also bump into the gardener, who also doesn't enter the house and is in charge of keeping the house vegetation beautiful for you.
