The space Step into this fully renovated, Cuban-inspired bungalow, blending modern design with the vibrant culture of Ybor City! This one-level cottage offers 3 thoughtfully styled bedrooms: • 1st Bedroom: King-sized bed and a smart TV for ultimate comfort. Tropical but Zen like decor. • 2nd Bedroom: Two cozy Queen beds and a TV— decor is Vintage Cuban streets perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. • 3rd Bedroom: A queen-sized bed with bold, colorful Cuban-inspired décor for a fun, trendy vibe. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. This is a private house rental. Enjoy yard access to your own cowboy pool, BBQ, and whisky barrel lounge. Other things to note Keep an eye out for chickens—they roam freely through the streets and add to the fun Ybor charm. We’re in Palmetto Beach, just minutes from parks, the waterfront, downtown, cruise ports, arenas, and Gasparilla events. Busch Gardens, the Tampa Zoo, Dinosaur World, and Davis Beach are all a short drive away. You may notice the neighborhood has plenty of local character! The deli across the street is a popular gathering spot, so it can be lively at times—neighbors are friendly and may greet you with a hello. On some mornings, you might even catch the aroma of fresh coffee drifting over from the nearby factory, and there’s a cozy coffee shop on 22nd Street within walking distance. Parking is available for up to two cars on the side grass, plus additional street parking. This is the main house on our property, with a smaller home in back that can host two additional guests—please ask if you’d like to book both. No animal Policy As much as we love animals, this is a no-animal rental. Our family also uses the home, and our autistic son has medical life-threatening allergies to all animals, including hypoallergenic breeds. For health and undue hardship reasons, animals are not permitted. Due to this living arrangement and DOCUMENTED EXEMPTIONS under Airbnb’s Accessibility Policy, we are unable to accommodate Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals at this listing.
