Guest access RESTRICTED AREAS During your stay, we ask that you do not use the common areas of the condominium, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, coworking space, ballroom, laundry, bicycle rack and playroom. PET PLACE If you wish to make use of the pet place, you must pay the pet fee and agree to the rules for using the space. We guarantee that it is a pleasant place for your pet, as long as the guidelines established by the condominium are followed. PARKING If you need a parking space, please reserve a space in one of the two private parking lots near the building. Important: Parking is not allowed in the spaces reserved for visitors to the condominium. If this rule is disregarded, a fine will be applied and the car may be towed. ENTRY AND VISITS → Only previously registered guests will be allowed access through the entrance. → Visits are currently prohibited, except for stays longer than 30 days – even so, visits must be registered in advance at the entrance. 3. CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES The use of amenities such as the swimming pool, coworking, party room, laundry, bicycle rack and playroom→ is prohibited. → The use of the pet place is allowed upon payment of the pet fee. 4. PARKING We do→ not have parking spaces in the condominium and parking in visitor spaces is prohibited. Such spaces are exclusively for loading/unloading. Any violation may result in the vehicle being towed. It → has private parking on the side of the condominium. 5. ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM → Each apartment will receive 1 electronic tag for access. → Upon entering the building, all guests must identify themselves at the front desk. 6. SAFETY AND COEXISTENCE → We ask for respect for other residents and observance of quiet hours. 7. RESTRICTIONS → Smoking is prohibited in common areas. → Parties, events, or gatherings with unregistered friends are also prohibited. 8. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT → If you need to check in early or check out late, please request it in advance. 9. CLEANING → The apartment will be delivered impeccably clean and equipped. → Return it in the same condition. → Value the space as if it were your own. → Dry yourself thoroughly in the shower stall before leaving.
