This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The space Funky 3 room Flat overlooking natural bushland and distant views to the ocean The space is quiet and private, with separate access via the side walkway of the main house. There is a spacious outside deck overlooking natural bushland featuring abundant bird life as well an enclosed sunroom dining room adjoining the main flat. There are two main living areas plus a corridor leading to a separate landing adjoining toilet and shower facility. In the main larger room there is a queen size main bed, kitchen table and fully set up kitchen. The adjoining separate sunroom has a bench overlooking the bush and a second dining table. It is a short 2 minute drive to the main local surf beach or quieter Kianniny Bay, and a 10 minute walk to these beaches and other beautiful coastal bush walks. Next to the sunroom is an outside deck area with 2 lounges. In my screen print studio there is a washing machine which guests may access when needed by arrangement. To maintain the affordable rates I ask that the flat is left with dishes washed and put away and to generally leave the space as neatly as you find it on arrival. 25% of the rental fee is donated to the various dog rescue foundations in Thailand. Guest access There are local maps of the area pointing out the best picnic spots depending on weather conditions. The flat includes a full kitchen, gas top cooker, electric oven, fridge/ freezer and microwave. Basic Kitchen sundry items such as salt, pepper, tea, sugar, etc are provided. Other things to note Most restaurants are within walking distance although courtesy buses are available. The newly revamped Tathra Hotel has good live music every night during the summer holidays from 4.30 -7.30 no charge and a pretty good view while have dinner. Whales often pass close to that headland during their travel season. Tathra is located within the Sapphire Coast, and is surrounded by National Parks and is known for its clean surf beaches, clearly marked bush walking tracks, mountain bike riding trails, art galleries, whale watching and fishing.
