Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric under bench oven with ceramic stove top, microwave, filtered water tap, dining, living area with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, large TV, DVD, ceiling fans. Main bedroom with ensuite, wall mounted TV, built in robe. Main bathroom with full size bath, walk-in shower, vanity, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. BBQ Available. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Garage not for guests use. Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - queen Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
