The house is located in a residential development very close to Padul, Valle del Puntal Development (Andalusia award for the best urban design when it was built) 1 km from downtown and bordering the Sierra Nevada National Park with great views and hiking trails as well as mountain biking, very close to the different Mammoth routes in the Padul lagoon, the most important wetland in Granada. The house is designed in such a way that it has two different rooms, two homes in a large house, a more elegant home with high quality handmade furniture in which there is a kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances, a large living room with air conditioning and television, 6 bedrooms, four of them with double beds and the other two with 4 single beds as well as two very large bathrooms, two with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The other room is rustic and has a large cellar equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, television, bar, a large table for large meetings and sofas as well as a bathroom with shower, the entrances are independent and it is very well located for when the pool is used in summer to have access to a quick bathroom. The cellar is included in the winter season. In the summer season it can be rented separately for €60 per day. The house is rented as a whole, not for several clients. In the garage we have set up a large gym to be able to have activities inside the house and not lose your shape.
