The property is located in Guro-gu, the southwest region of Seoul. It was located in a quiet residential area, and the 30-year-old house was recently remodeled. It is a comfortable space where 2-6 people can come for travel or business trips and stay quietly. Gocheok Sky Dome baseball stadium and Gimpo Airport, which are landmarks of Seoul's southwest region, are close to the accommodation. Myeong-dong, Hongdae, Itaewon, Seoul Tower, Yeouido 63 Building, Gangnam, Signiel, Lotte World, all of Seoul's attractions, can be reached within an hour by public transport. Nearby universities include Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and Dongyang University of Future, and large grocery stores include Ae Park Mall and Costco Gwacheok branch, both in front of Gaebong Station. If you want to experience the local traditional market in Korea, you can walk to the Gaebung Market and the Oryu Market. The space The house consists of two floors. First, there are 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the lower floor of Room 201. All three rooms have queen beds, so up to six people can stay. And you can go up to the rooftop through the inner stairs. There is one more room on the rooftop, and there is an LP player in the room so you can enjoy music, and part of the rooftop is covered with artificial grass. Other things to note Our accommodation does not allow unbooked guests. We have CCTV at the entrance of the accommodation to identify the number of guests, so please inform the host in advance if there are additional guests.
