Room in a detached house in the countryside with mountain views

You are very welcome in the Tyrolean mountains with excellent Tyrolean drinking water. You will stay between the central and limestone Alps in the Inn Valley. From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. Wattens highway, the crystal worlds of Swarovski, Fritzens/Wattens train station and Hall in Tyrol can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The space The 15 m² room for max. 2 people are on the 2nd floor of a detached house with a double bed 2x2m, wardrobe, chest, desk, chair, reading lamp and refrigerator. On the terrace and in the garden, you can relax and barbecue in peace. I also have two bikes for you and you can explore the area with it. The tourist tax per person per night of €2.60 is included in the price. To register with the authorities, I need your passports, the home address and email address of the person making the booking. You will also receive a guest card with free bus to Innsbruck and discounted tickets. The price also includes the cleaning fee and the tourist tax. Since I'm working, we won't meet often and you can chill out. There's a nice subtenant living in the basement, but I don't see him often either. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave. If you stay longer, please get the groceries yourself. I will then set up a free compartment in the fridge and a small fridge is also in your room on the 1st floor. Please separate garbage. For 1 night, please feel free to prepare my coffee yourself. You can park right at your doorstep. I recommend you drive backwards into the driveway so that you can drive out forwards (it's safer!). The street is very busy. There is a mirror, but please be careful!!! Bikes can also be parked in the garage. Smoking is allowed, but ONLY on the terrace or balcony. NEVER in the house and please not in the driveway. Arrival: by arrangement in person or the key is in the key safe. When you leave, please do not forget to put the key in the mailbox.
