Room in a detached house in the countryside with mountain views

You are very welcome in the Tyrolean mountains with excellent Tyrolean drinking water. You live between the Central and Limestone Alps in the Inn Valley. From this centrally located accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time at all. Wattens highway, the Swarovski Crystal Worlds, Fritzens/Wattens train station and Hall in Tirol can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car. The space The 15m2 room for max. 2 people is located on the 1st floor of a detached house with a double bed 2x2m, wardrobe, cupboard, desk, chair, reading lamp and fridge. You can chill out and barbecue on the terrace and in the garden. I also have two bicycles for you to use to explore the area. The tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is included in the price. To register with the authorities, I need your passports, as well as the home address and email address of the person who booked. You will also receive a guest card with free bus travel to Innsbruck and discounted admission. The price also includes the cleaning fee and visitor's tax. As I work, we won't meet often and you can chill out in peace. A nice lodger lives in the souterain, but I don't see him often either. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave. If you're staying longer, please bring your own food. I will prepare a free compartment in the fridge for you and there is also a small fridge in your room on the 1st floor. Please separate your rubbish. You are welcome to make your own coffee for 1 night. You can park right outside the front door. I recommend that you reverse into the driveway so that you can drive out forwards (it's safer!). The street is very busy. There is a mirror but please be careful !!! Bicycles can also be parked in the garage. Smoking is allowed, but ONLY on the terrace or balcony. NEVER in the house and please not in the driveway.
