Turn off all appliances when not in use. 6. Please handle all homestay items carefully and return them to their original place after use. 7. Pets cannot be brought without prior notice. (RM100 fine per pet if pets are brought without notice). 8. Bringing pets may lead to issues with pet hair and waste. Please clean up after your pet when checking out. If not properly cleaned, we will charge a cleaning fee based on the level of mess (estimated between RM100-300), and we will send photos for confirmation. Please understand and accept this rule before making a reservation to avoid unnecessary issues. Suggestion: You may bring a lint roller to handle pet hair, as this makes it easier to clean up. Customers who brought their own lint rollers for cleaning pet hair received full refunds of their security deposit. We will contact guests to collect a RM200 security deposit once the reservation is confirmed. If the homestay is inspected and no damages or losses are found, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours.
