This compact studio is located on 2/F of a recently restored 1920s home in the lovely neighborhood of Jefferson Chalmers. Features all things you need for a comfy stay: a private entrance with keyless entry, comfortable king-sized memory foam bed, kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave and fridge, office with desk, wall in closet, fast & free wifi, and lots of great natural light. Located just a couple blocks from the beautiful Detroit River, Grosse Pointe & just 10 mins to Downtown! Other things to note Laundry: We currently do not have laundry facilities set up yet. Guests who want to use the laundry can either use a laundry-mat nearby or use our facilities located in the Island View neighborhood 10 mins away. Rest of the house: The rest of the house is dedicated for other guests and they all have their own separate private entrance. We are also working on some part of the house so you might see us coming in and out of the house as well.
